Our sales person Heidi was phenomenal, 5 plus stars, HOWEVER, the cars are not priced at their actual price! They add a 3,000 fee for an app they place and coating they put on the car WITHOUT telling yo HOWEVER, the cars are not priced at their actual price! I purchased a 2011 Kia Sportage from them but before the test drive my wife pointed out some at damage to the trim around the driver’s side rear wheel. I can’t even take it thru a car wash because of the trim being broken. The sales person Tony promised if I bought the car they would repair it no charge and a loaner. Nothing but run around ever since. I left messages and email and finally Tony called and I had to remind him. He looked into and told me he had the contract in my file and that he would give it to service and they would be contacting me. A week goes by and I get voice message from Rob Garcia the store manager. Nothing about the repair he thought I was looking for a car. Come on guys get it together there. More
