Ken, and the associates like: Geo and the checkout personnel, were fantastic. My car was serviced and while it was serviced, I had a very important issue to take care at a local bank, and because I op personnel, were fantastic. My car was serviced and while it was serviced, I had a very important issue to take care at a local bank, and because I opted to take care of additional recommended items for the car, I would not have been able to take care of the issue. But Ken helped me out by having Geo shuttle me while at the same time gassing up the shuttle. This was very helpful, and I appreciated that when we returned, the car was ready, better and car washed. The sales person and the gentleman who we did our paperwork with were good. The vehicle was as advertised. Everything else kind of sucked. Title ended up being past the 30 days allowed by the state and we ended up having to pay a late fee. Called to ask for the late fee refunded since it took them over 30 days to get us the title and they failed to communicate at all. Got blown off again. Manager told us to email him the details. I did and followed up but never received a response. Would not recommend. More
