The service was great, however, my keys for a Honda were lost during our visit to this dealership. I picked up my car on Saturday and the service rep pulled up and left the car running. My wife called Mo lost during our visit to this dealership. I picked up my car on Saturday and the service rep pulled up and left the car running. My wife called Monday morning when she noticed that the keys to our Honda were gone but she was told that they were given to her when she went to pick up the car. The rep stated that he remembers the Honda key being attached when he handed over the keys to her during pick up. My wife was not the one who picked up the car and when I picked it up the keys were already in the car. The keys were not handed off to me or my wife, and it’s unclear why the rep says that he handed them over. More
