I was planning to drive the car home ASAP. We had to wait and wait and wait for Will. We even had to go out and get lunch because Will was not ready. I don't get it. It was a cash deal. Once we met with Will -it only took 5 minutes. Why did I have to wait 3 hours for 5 minutes of paperwork. _ Again - Tony was great - Will, not so much More

The sale guys were ok. Finance guy need to be more professional and should never take for granted he can joke with people he don't know and try to sale a insurance for 500.00 for 60,000 miles warranty professional and should never take for granted he can joke with people he don't know and try to sale a insurance for 500.00 for 60,000 miles warranty when in reallity is 2,000.00.
