The parts technician did not specify the proper grade of oil on the invoice. I had to call Chuck to verify that the technician (Kevin Lefevers) did in fact change the oil with the proper grade. When these mistakes happen, it does not make the service center at Kerry Ford look good. More

This is the only place my car has been serviced. Kelly Lipka was outstanding in handling everything. The device has been satisfactory in the past. Catalytic converter was stolen off our business truck. Kelly stayed in touch with me frequently to update me about the part (it was on back order for months). We got our truck fixed and pick it up. The service was not efficient. I took my car in in a Friday and they would not have been able to fix it until Monday.
