KERRY Fords approach to service is executed perfectly. It is what I consider the gold standard of how a classy service shop should treat its customers. I have come to this location three times now, the first time no problems, second time 3 luggnuts were missing from my tires, this last and third time my tires were not balanced during the rotation and afte time no problems, second time 3 luggnuts were missing from my tires, this last and third time my tires were not balanced during the rotation and after calling to try to resolve that issue I didn't receive a response. I went in to get an oil change and tire rotation, and they decided to charge me for the works package without asking. I also have had my car for less than a year that I bought here and my windshield wipe they decided to charge me for the works package without asking.
