While the customer representative who helped me was lovely, I question the business practices of this dealership. I scheduled my car for recall maintenance 2.5 weeks out, being told it may take up to 3 lovely, I question the business practices of this dealership. I scheduled my car for recall maintenance 2.5 weeks out, being told it may take up to 3 days. The day I drop it off, I’m told they made need to keep it a whole week because they’re just too busy. To top it off, they didn’t have any loaner cars available for me despite reserving one. I was supposed to hear back from them, but I wound up calling after 6 days to check on the status. They had just pulled my car in to look at it and realized they didn’t even have the parts needed to address the recalls. So I was without a car for 7 days total, and nothing was even done to it. Don’t schedule people to drop off their cars if you aren’t going to be able to look at them in a timely manner. And maybe check your inventory of parts too before taking someone’s keys. More

They started my oil change early since I arrived an hour early and they were very accommodating mainly the service desk employee who had red hair and was tall, he was extremely friendly and nice, I had to w early and they were very accommodating mainly the service desk employee who had red hair and was tall, he was extremely friendly and nice, I had to wait an hour and a half there with my 3 year old but it was fine, I was offered coffee and a ride home from Ford, I declined it bc my 3 year old needed a car seat.
