When I damaged the shield under my car, I called Kerry, talked to Ron and he helped me arrange a tow with Ford Pass. My car was in shop longer than I liked (I blame supply chain shortages) but the work do talked to Ron and he helped me arrange a tow with Ford Pass. Mickey Mouse fix on underneath shield, has now broken again on vacation. I will need to temporarily fix before I get home.
