Brought car back three times for the same issue. Bought two new cars over $100,000. Bad service. Kerry tried to blame us for the problem. Went here to get two flat tires on a lease car fixed. 23 hours later they were finally done, not only replaced them but also the cabin air filter, even though it had been replaced only two weeks ago. Too hours later they were finally done, not only replaced them but also the cabin air filter, even though it had been replaced only two weeks ago. Took it in at 3:30 pm and was told it would be ready the next morning. At 9:30 I was told it would be ready at 1 pm . At 1:10 pm was told it would be ready in 30 minutes When I got there was told a few more minutes Finally done 45 minutes later. Lousy service and unneeded service! More

Would give zero stars if possible. 2nd bad experience. Told me bring car in Wednesday at 10am. Had to be 10am. Said it would take 5 hours. Come back. Gave me a rental. Go back at 6. Not done. They said it will be done at 1:30. Come back at 1:30. Not done. Said mechanic was sick. Fixing first thing in am. Call next day. Someone said it would be Tuesday now because someone had a death. I swear DO NOT go to this dealership. I bought the car there as well and they didn’t pay off my old loan fully. Lied to me. Caused my credit to ding. Then this happened. Offered me a free oil change. My wife is an attorney for a law firm with 800 attorneys. They will be suing the break pads off this dealer. If you think this is a threat with no action please wait for the update. More

I had a recall on my 2018 Escape and and it was time to have an oil change. Jeremy told me it would take an hour and a half. Both services were finished in an hour and twenty minutes and and it was time to have an oil change. Jeremy told me it would take an hour and a half.
