Poorly organized scheduling system and nothing Quick Lane If you book an oil change appointment with the service department, they will direct you to Quick Lane upon arrival. However, Quick Lane does not take appointments therefore you are treated as a walk-in even though you scheduled service. It took two and a half hours for "The Works" oil change and service and I was third in line at 7:45 AM. I booked an appointment so that I didn't have to wait so long.... When I asked one of the associates why you can make an oil change appointment even though they don't honor service appointments, he simply shrugged his shoulders and said, "good question." More

Very slow service I sat there for over 2 hours waiting for an oil change and tire rotation. There were a couple of people in from of me, but there was apparently a que I sat there for over 2 hours waiting for an oil change and tire rotation. There were a couple of people in from of me, but there was apparently a question about how the techs get paid. Instead, of waiting until they weren't busy, they stopped work on my car and had a discussion about what they get paid for each job. This was happened while I was in the waiting room and hearing everything. Once the conversation ended and they could have gone back to working on my car, 4 or 5 techs stood around complaining about the conversation that had just taken place. It was very unprofessional. More
