Horrible service I went in for an oil change. They told me 45 minutes. I told them I had to leave at 1:30 ( which was 2.5 hrs after drop off). At 1:30 they hadn’t e I went in for an oil change. They told me 45 minutes. I told them I had to leave at 1:30 ( which was 2.5 hrs after drop off). At 1:30 they hadn’t even started!!! Nor did anyone even tell me this. I was in the lobby at the 12:30 mark. Very disappointed!!! I wasted 4 hours of travel time and wait time and didn’t even get the oil change. The next day we went to the ford dealer in Harrison ohio. They were fantastic! Polite, prompt, communicated the status of the van! This is my second bad visit to the dealer on Kemper. I will drive farther and go to Harrison for every additional visit. More

Excellent Service Department Wanted to specifically thank Pirt and Wes in the Service Department for going above and beyond in helping me out. I was travelling cross-country with Wanted to specifically thank Pirt and Wes in the Service Department for going above and beyond in helping me out. I was travelling cross-country with my 2017 F-350 Diesel and received a "low engine compression" warning on the dash. After stopping at another dealer, who had no diesel tech on duty, I pulled in to Kerry Ford Service Department without an appointment, and the necessity to be back on the road later that afternoon. After listening to what I had to say about the issue, and my necessity to be travelling soon, Pirt bent over backwards to help me out, under the assumption that it would be a quick check of the fuel system and a reset of the problem code. Wes jumped in and verified the fuel system was sound and cleared the code, then took a quick test drive to verify that all was good. Turns out that apparently some air made its way into the fuel system and caused this error code and the short term reduced performance. The entire vist was just under 2 hours, and I couldn't be more pleased with the attention to detail taken by Wes in tearing apart and reassembling the fuel system, as well as Pirt listening to what I had to say and asking exceptionally good leading questions to try to quickly diagnose the issue. I have been a Ford owner for over 30 years and i have to say that this experience with Pirt and Wes was one of the best, if not the best, I have ever experienced with the Service Department at a Delaer. I am now in the market for a new service department after shoddy work followed by horrible customer service at the Kerry service department. Despite regular visits for routine maintenance, during which the brake pads are supposed to be checked, my wife's Fusion suddenly needed a $500 brake repair (new rotors). I asked that they pull up the previous service report to see how the technician evaluated the brake pads. Of course they were marked as "Green", an indication that they were no where near in need of replacement. It should be mentioned that they were specifically asked to look at the brakes at this time because of a noise that had been heard during stopping. Despite the evidence that their employee had clearly neglected to properly perform the check of the brake pads (which lead directly to the rotor issue) the official statement of the individual at the service desk was that he "couldn't do anything about it because that tech was no longer an employee." So, in summary, because of "high turnover" they will not stand behind the work of their technicians even if their negligence leads to further issues and more expensive repairs. Will no longer be recommending to friends and family either. More

Extended Warranty a Joke Sales department lied about the extended warranty. They sold me a $3000 extended warranty told me it was a bumper to bumper warranty. Covered nothing.
