The service process for an oil change for customers with new vehicles is not customer friendly at all. Appointments are not allowed and their estimates for when the car will be ready. Second time I had issues. First time AFTER a battery was installed it costs over $300.00. This time I was told AFTER my service was completed I could not use the 2 coupons I First time AFTER a battery was installed it costs over $300.00. This time I was told AFTER my service was completed I could not use the 2 coupons I gave them at the time of write- up. One coupon was for replacement for front wiper BLADES ( plural ) for $15.95. When it was time to pay I was told they were $15.95 each, that’s NOT what the coupon stated. I should have been told before time to pay that the coupon was $15.95 for each blade, not both blades as stated. More
