Would have been nice if there had been more cars to look at when waiting for my oil change but understand about shortage. When checking out would have been nice to get copy of free service point checks but gentleman did go above expected by giving me a free oil change, promising to get me enrolled in receiving points and letting me know that after 12 years of carrying around the one to one card that it was no longer being offered. I don't remember the gentleman's name who checked me out but give him 5 stars. More
They have no clue what is going on with the service and recalls. I took my SUV in for a recall and they told me after they did the work that it had already been done in Canada. Update, someone called and l recalls. I took my SUV in for a recall and they told me after they did the work that it had already been done in Canada. Update, someone called and left me a message to "better explain" the situation to me. There's nothing to explain it's right on the paperwork the dealership gave to me that the recall was already done and they were told to do it again. Now I'm being told the 2 open recalls that Carfax shows have been done and the dealership says they can't do them. Carfax keeps telling me they're open and can't be completed. I'm calling a different dealer. More
