I had a Great experience with Kerry Hyundai, thanks to all the team members, especially Oliver! This was the first time I never felt pressured by a salesman. Oliver was very professional, polite, and fun all the team members, especially Oliver! This was the first time I never felt pressured by a salesman. Oliver was very professional, polite, and fun to work with. I test drove a couple of vehicles, but they didn't have what I actually wanted on the lot. We went to his computer and found the car I actually wanted. I was so excited. He told me they wouldn't be getting it in until May. I was okay with that; I still had 6 months on my lease. I told him to call me when one came in. I received a call the very next day, and he left a voice mail. I listened to my voice mail as soon as I got out of jury duty. He sounded so excited, giving me the good news. He said, "You're not gonna believe this, but we just got a load of cars, and the car you want is on that truck!!" So I immediately called him and said I was on my way up. I got there and the car was sitting there. It's perfect! I want it. We got the paperwork filled out in no time, and the car would be ready in a couple of hours. It needed to be cleaned up from its travel time on the truck. I was so excited and did a little happy dance, as Oliver said. Lol I went back up there, and my car was shiny and ready to go. I Love it! Thanks to Oliver at Florence Hyundai for the best experience in buying a car. I will definitely return in the future to buy again from you. I will also refer everyone I know, looking for a car to shop at Kerry Hyundai in Florence KY. Oliver, I think you're a great salesman! I was there for my pre-paid maintenance oil change and tire rotation. This is something I have to have done at this dealer to maintain my life time power train warranty. When they said they were done I ca tire rotation. This is something I have to have done at this dealer to maintain my life time power train warranty. When they said they were done I came out looked at my tires and could see that they were not rotated because I had marked my tires. I called the service manager out to show him and he went back to the mechanic that did the job. They took it back and rotated the tires the mechanic gave me the keys and said he just forgot to do it. They had 2 things to do rotate the tires and change the oil. After I got home I decide to check other things and the service report says they performed a 27 point check list which included topping off the fluids I could see they never did the windshield washer fluids so I am concerned what else they did not do. This service plan is something I paid extra for and you have to trust the people that are doing the work. After this happened this really gives me concern that the work is getting done More
It is a decent dealership, but their customer lounge is severely lacking. No soda, water, snacks... it's awful. I moved from Boerne TX and Nissan of Boerne's service lounge is STELLAR. You should contact them and mirror their practices. I also do not think your service writers care about the customer...a customer should be greeted by a member of service when they pull into the service bay. I got out of my car and walked around not knowing where to go and this is not a good look. More

I’ve gone to them for oil changes, new tires, and when they replaced my tires they noticed my passe They are always professional and very, very kind. I’ve gone to them for oil changes, new tires, and when they replaced my tires they noticed my passenger side window was broken (which I knew but never mentioned b/c it was still somewhat functional and I figured “meh, I’ll deal”). But they caught it and ordered me a new part b/c I’m still under warranty. It did take about 5 months to get the part and then another 4 months before they could get me in for the repair, but that really isn’t on them. They still repaired it quickly and had it ready for me within an hour. Definitely recommend! More
