I love the service and parts department. I asked parts if they could order the tires I wanted and a week later I got my new tires installed. Price was comparable to the other “discount tire” I asked parts if they could order the tires I wanted and a week later I got my new tires installed. Customer service was great. Sam was the guy that I was dealing with he gave me the best advice and recommendations. Got an appointment in December to fix a back door that wasn’t opening. They gave me the appointment for March 28, 2022. When I got there they fixed another recall I had and almost 2 hours later, told me wasn’t opening. They gave me the appointment for March 28, 2022. When I got there they fixed another recall I had and almost 2 hours later, told me they had to order the part for the door. They had 3 months to get the party. Then gave me a read out of over 2000 dollars for things they wanted to fix. I wanted my door fixed. More
