I am very unlikely to buy another Hyundai. Dave Shaw was my salesman. I still remember him telling me how good Kerry Hyundai service was. Kerry Hyundai is a huge disappointment. I finally did gat an oil change scheduled at Kerry just to keep my name in the system for the warranty. How do the managers at Kerry sleep at night? You need to answer the phone and allow messages to be left. More importantly you need clearly display an email address and respond to it. I would like to say that I am disappointed in Kerrey Hyundai. In all my car repairs, which have not been many on my 2007 Hyundai Veracruz. In many ways has been one of the most dependable vehicles I’ve ever owned. My Veracruz has a factory Recall on it which has been verified by Kerrey Hyundai back in November of 2021 and now the parts are in I was finally going to get fixed after all I have paid out of my own pocket 3 times to tune of around 3000.00 to fix the same problem. Now Kerrey Hyundai will not fix my car because of some electrical problem I was unaware of which has absolutely nothing to do with the the repairing the recall. They want me to spend more money to fix the electrical problem which does not effect the operation of my car at all, it runs like a top and has no rust on it. I have maintained it well. Hyundai does not want to spend any money on repairs because the car is 15 years old and not worth fixing. My wife and I where looking forward to getting the car fixed so we could sell it and buy another Hyundai. Now we are rethinking our plans. Bad decision Hyundai you just lost a sell! More
