I came in on a friday, didn’t call ahead, just walked in and explained my situation with my car. the service advisor took really good care of and dealt with me having a full on break down. I feel that every single one of them went above and beyond for me. and the kicker is, i didn’t even buy my car from Kerry Nissan, but they still took care of me. they kept my car over the weekend, put me up in a rental, and kept me updated. although we weren’t able to figure out the problem, they still fixed it in a way it’s not as bad and safer to drive. they even put my broken window up! i can’t thank katie and alshia and the mechanic enough for all the help and work they did for me! will definitely be buying my car next car here and if anymore problems arise, bring my car back!
