I think the quality of work is typically good but the attention to detail lacks. When my headlights were serviced the tech used a metal tool to pop off the bumper and now there are gouge marks. Then they forgot to install the fog lights before installing the bumper. When my rear breaks were serviced I found significant scratches in the repair area. The service staff was very difficult to reach by phone. I called and left voicemail to Sam’s direct line. I called both the service desk and scheduling several times without a pickup. Finally, I called sales and had them relay a message. More
