Thank you for your feedback, the ECM update was a very fair price for an 8yr 100k +vehicle, in terms of other services recommended we have to inspect every vehicle that comes through our shop and provide, failed inspection items, caution inspected items, and passed items. It is ultimately your decision whether you decide to let us repair or not but giving us a 2-star review seems very unfair.
