You are usually in for the entire day and feeling pressure to buy the entire time. Happy to say not this time. I hope this becomes the norm. More

My experience was terrible. I will never buy another car from Kerry Mazda. I traded my car in for one of their vehicles on Jan 11th. It is now Feb. 20th. and my bank says that t I will never buy another car from Kerry Mazda. I traded my car in for one of their vehicles on Jan 11th. It is now Feb. 20th. and my bank says that they still have not paid off the full balance of my car, that i traded in. This makes me responsible for payments, or my credit will be hurt. They told me that they do a thorough inspection on each vehicle before they sale them. Not true!!! My car had several problems when i drove it off of the lot. The check engine light comes on, low tire light stayed on. I pointed this out to them before i left the lot. I kept putting air into the tire, but it continued to stay on. I took it to a tire store, and they checked it. They told me that the front tires needed replaced, because they had been driven on flat, and would not hold any air now. As far as the check engine, They told me when the check engine light, and tire light comes on to take a picture and send it to them. Which i did. They told me, it is probably just a sensor. If so, then why was it not fixed during that so called inspection?? i have no idea what to expect next with the check engine light on.. If they had inspected that car, they would have caught all of these problems. Because all the warning lights were on. I have been back there several times. Questioning the vehicle problems, and questions regarding them paying off the balance of my trade in. They have lied to me a few times, and said that they were taking care of it. Very poor service!! I am very dissatisfied with my purchase, and wish i had never bought this car. More
