I came in for a recall on my Altima. I had a coupon for free oil change.I presented to service person.I went to waiting area and she came out to area and told me it was expired..I got rec I had a coupon for free oil change.I presented to service person.I went to waiting area and she came out to area and told me it was expired..I got recall done but not oil change.I went home and was putting paper work for car away and noticed I had another coupon for oil change that was not expired.I immediately called service center and no answer.I called again put me through no answer.(This was approximately 2:30 pm so not lunchtime)I called a 3rd time and I got answering machine.I left a detailed message explaining that I had another valid coupon for oil change.I also left my cell phone number.I NEVER got a call back.
