I scheduled my Jetta to be checked out because the service engine light was on. I figured since I was having it serviced, I would also have them change the oil. It would be the second oil change. I service engine light was on. I figured since I was having it serviced, I would also have them change the oil. It would be the second oil change. I was told by my salesman that the first two oil changes were free. To my surprise, when I picked my car up from service, they charged me for the oil change and tire rotation which I didn’t even ask for. The service representative told me that because I had brought my car in earlier than the factory suggests, I was responsible for the cost. The total bill was over $100. Although the money is a loss, I am more frustrated with the fact that I was lied to. I’ve lost faith in the Florence Dealership and will not be returning. More
