Service department is either unaware or unwilling to discuss vehicle recalls. They are three and half months out on service, however, Hyundai of Alexandria was able to get me in within two weeks. BEWA More

The man helped believe his name was Sam done a great job on his part. Problem I had is I ended up paying $95.34 for oil change and tire rotation. 25 bucks for rotation is terrible. I get my wife’s oil c More

What a sorry response. I can call him spend all day on the phone with him will not change a thing. Why even do a survey. Response reminds me of pre recording Call Steve talk all day and still pay 100 bucks for oil change and tire rotation. Hmmmmmm. Seriously if thought we could come to happy medium I would call.
