I have all my device done at Kerry Nissan. This is my third Nissan and I plan on buying my vehicle from them. The service men and women from start to finish is A+! Overall experience was good. Shortage of service department employees impacted how long I had to wait for an appointment. Was not happy about that. Issues I have with the Venue were addressed and it department employees impacted how long I had to wait for an appointment. Was not happy about that. Issues I have with the Venue were addressed and it appeared that the problems went back to operator error. The service sheet showed no adjustments were made, but the car handles better after the service visit. More
