The car i purchased wasn’t ready to take delivery. there was some of the plastic protective film left in the vehicle, the app connect did not work, the wireless charging wasn’t working, the voice comm there was some of the plastic protective film left in the vehicle, the app connect did not work, the wireless charging wasn’t working, the voice command system was not working, there were still stickers on the front wheels. when i brought this to the assistant GM’s attention he told me they would have service take a look when i came back to drop off paperwork. he told me that it would be a quick visit, 15-20 minutes. i was there waiting for service for over 2 hours. i received a (generic) email from him shortly after and i expressed my displeasure with my experience. the email was sent on december 15th and today is december 31st and i still have not received a reply. i will never purchase another vehicle from the Kerry family of dealers, nor will i take my vehicle to their dealers for service.
