During the pre-purchasing of my used vehicle I was lied to about the servicing requirements for the vehicle and the number of key fobs coming with the vehicle. It was only during the final paperwork that I to about the servicing requirements for the vehicle and the number of key fobs coming with the vehicle. It was only during the final paperwork that I was told that all service has to be done at Kerry with an oil change every 5k miles and synthetic oil is not an option otherwise I lose my warranty. I had specifically asked about service requirements with regards to the warranty BEFORE agreeing to purchase the vehicle and had been told that I could service the vehicle myself as long as the services were recorded. After the car was bought and paid for I was told that the 2nd set of keys in fact didn’t have a fob so now it’s my problem to deal with. Also, the functioning fob only functions partially with the trunk and panic buttons broken. More
