They never call you have to go out there for answers or call them. I drop off my car on a Friday at 9 am I was told the system went down and they would call me first thing Monday cool no problem. Well Monday at 12 pm still no call I call they a man answer and said he will send me through to answer and no voice mail to leave on I called at 12pm ,2pm 3 pm 4pm. I finally drove all the way to Florence from Alexandria to get told that my part was cover and they had to order and I will get a call in the morning cool that’s good I am fine with that. Tuesday no call 12 pm call I get a male answer the phone send me though girl answer I say hey I am trying to check on my car she said give me a minute and find out your adjuster then transfer me right back to the male that answer they first time then after I tell him I am trying to find out about my car he sends me right back to the girl she didn’t answer. Then 2pm trying again male transferred me again no answer no mail box to leave a message. Then 3 pm same thing. And finally at 4 pm after I was already on my way there because you can’t get anyone to answer there I get a call. I think 100 percent there Communication skill sucks and I will be taking my car to another dealership in Ohio just so I don’t have to do that again because my car is still not fixed and I had the money for it. But what’s the point if you have to drive out there to find out what’s going on More
My engine was having issues and knocking as i broke down in my 370z that is well maintained and often. The service center told me they would have an answer of what was wrong by the end of the day or the next day however took an additional day to get back to me than they had previously stated then i expected a mechanic to call me regarding the issue but instead they text me a quote out of no where for almost $9k for a used placement engine without telling me what the ACTUAL issue is. I wish i could attach a screenshot to show what they said. Regardless of the matter of if i need a new one or not - the used engine price was way off and they texted me that which was wildly inappropriate and I’ve never ever heard of a dealership doing. I have a decent size social media presents in the car scene and multiple thousands of followers on them where i post JDM cars and Z’s mainly and i just wanted a basic service and didn’t even want them working on my car just a diagnostic..this is the last time for me. They did nothing but waste my time and money for a diagnostic not of what the problem is but what a fix is. How convenient for them ..and i think they need to change their service name of a “diagnostic” if they come up with “solutions” not a diagnosis of the issue..i still don’t know what was wrong with the car currently. After telling them to take my car out so i can tow it - i get there and they have it basically on display like they’re advertising it to the street.. like it’s for sale sitting backed in infront if the Nissan Logo in direct view of the street. As i pull in, there are people taking pictures of the car because it’s a cool car Nissan made! and i talked to the sales men who are great, honest, hard working guys who deserve a raise - they talked to me more than the service people and understand cars it sounds like more than the service department. You really should if anything out of this take lessons from them on how to communicate with people as it’s just not that difficult to have a professional meaningful conversation. However i will say it rather rude of the dealership/service center i felt to almost advertise my car out front especially after telling me what they just did. if they talked to people about the car out front they should tell them about the service they offered with it - im sure that’d definitely make someone want a Z!..i will never recommend my fellow Nissan enthusiast or take my own car to this Nissan service center or almost any at this point. This was NOT my first bad experience here and it’s so HARD to make someone mad that knows about cars especially someone who is in their early 20s who i’m sure they were trying to take advantage of at this point in scamming me with that unheard of, outrageous VQ37VHR engine price. Seems there are few dealerships left that offer a basic service and meet what they say they’ll do. The only reason i’d come back to Kerry is for their Sales men to support them. This one is lightyears behind being close to a trusted dealership and i really got the experience the full force of what it means to a Kerry Nissan Service customer. I’m really late on providing feedback…but I can’t thank Eric enough for always being available to help me. I’ve leased 2 cars from him and now go through him for all my service needs on my car. I experienced a total blowout and had to have my car towed, unfortunately I was close to Alexandria, so I had it towed to that location. Yes, the guy I dealt there was nice but did provide as good as service as Eric does. I told the guy at Alexandria that I kept getting a message about something to do with my engine and asked him to look into it. He did not hook it up to check all systems but said the exhaust fan or something was stuck open and that could be what the problem was. Never once did he offer to take care of it. Soon as I took it to Florence Eric was on top of getting it fixed! Thank you Florence service department and Eric! Keep up the great work and customer service. I only have one issue though….who am I going to purchase my next automobile from😞 More
