I have to say that the customer service and overall satisfaction from Kerry Nissan was great. Specifically, my assigned service center associate, Tony, was amazing and handled the complexities of my satisfaction from Kerry Nissan was great. Specifically, my assigned service center associate, Tony, was amazing and handled the complexities of my situation like a total pro. My experience began when I had my vehicle towed there for suspected transmission failure. I was assigned a service center associate, named Tony. He was very friendly and professional. My vehicle had an interlock ignition device which required me to be present to provide a sample in order to start the car during all of the scheduled inspection and installation. Not having another form of transportation, he quickly set me up with a shuttle to pick up who was a friendly and fabulous lady who picked me up and quickly got me to Kerry Nissan. I was shown to my car and started up the ignition for the inspection. Tony set it up with same lady who had just dropped me off there to drive me back home. About 3 business days later, I got a call from Tony and he confirmed that my vehicle did need a new transmission but quickly reassured me that the extended powertrain warranty was confirmed, coveting all costs of repairs and assured me that that the parts had already been ordered for me. A few days later, I called and spoke to service center and asked what the timetable for repairs looked like, and if a loaner vehicle were available for me to use. The service center employee said my specialist Tony was off that day but that someone else would get back to me with answers to both questions. Tony called me the next morning who gave be good and bad news. The bad news was he checked with his supervisor and that a loaner vehicle was unfortunately not an option because of the liability issues concerning the interlock ignition device situation; this decision was understandable yet still disappointing. He then delivered the good news, which was that the parts we're arriving later that day which was a friday, and that he would bump me to the top of the schedule at 8am on the following monday which meant my vehicle would be completed Tuesday at the latest. My next interaction was the following Monday. Tony knew that because of my interlock device that I had to be present to start car to bring into garage in limp mode on Monday and then again on Tuesday to complete the installation as the service technician needed to have engine running for calibration tests of new transmisison. Without missing a beat, Tony had me picked up midmorning on both Monday and Tuesday. The same friendly and fabulous lady from 2 weeks prior picked me up and dropped me off both days. On tuesday, Tony walked me back to the garage to my car and left me with the transmission specialist mechanic where I was needed to start the car few times during the calibration tests. Only a few short minutes later, the technician returned from a test spin, and then Tony got my signature on the repair paperwork, and I was driving my vehicle off the lot. Awesome service. More
