Had rattling sound from sunroof area and told the rep that. Had my car for 2 days trying to find noises after I told them where it was coming from, picked my 2019 MURANO up said they tighten things up, n that. Had my car for 2 days trying to find noises after I told them where it was coming from, picked my 2019 MURANO up said they tighten things up, noise is still there.Also had MURANO in to have ball bearrings fixed and was told they weren’t under warranty car is “under 30000 miles” .After questioning about why they weren’t was told mechanic put wrong information down.If it was my wife we would have paid for the repair not knowing to check why not under warranty.
