The young man that check me in was so polite and friendly. Even when my van was done he called me was still as friendly even called me back when he missed my phone call. I wasn't impressed at all with the service. First I took it in and they found the problem but didn't have the parts. Then it took over a month to get the parts and I had to call to find out. Then they made an appointment on the phone, but when we showed up they said the mechanic was off that day or something and could we bring it in the next day. The people were very polite and friendly, but it wasn't what I'd call good service. More

Originally had an Elantra on order but when it arrived it had a recall that had no resolve so I decided to get a Kona, there was none on the lot but was told that it would be delivered on the 24th. On the 19 had a recall that had no resolve so I decided to get a Kona, there was none on the lot but was told that it would be delivered on the 24th. On the 19th I got a call it had arrived early. Bill, my salesman, went above and beyond to make sure we was satisfied with our purchase. He stayed in touch with me throughout the whole process and explained everything about my car in great detail. He even helped me with all the dash settings and getting my phone linked to it. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. More
