I bought a van for my business during the winter months. It was listed as having air conditioning but I could not check it due to it being cold outside. A couple weeks later I realized it was not working an It was listed as having air conditioning but I could not check it due to it being cold outside. A couple weeks later I realized it was not working and contacted the dealership. They told me to bring it in and they’d take a look at it. They knew I lived an hour away so I didn’t think they would waste my time. I took a day off work and drove all the way there, sat for 2 hours while they inspected it. Once it was done they basically just told me “yea the air conditioner doesn’t work.” They said they could not approve the repair because my salesman wasn’t in that day. My salesman contacted me two days later to tell me they would not authorize the service. He basically ignored all my correspondence from that day forward. This was not only false advertising but a blatant waste of my time. Why even have me spend a whole day bringing it in if there was no intention of making it right? I’m very unhappy and plan to leave a negative review wherever else I can. More
