That really isn’t a solution for a vehicle that is 3 years old and I have owned it 2020. The warranty sold to me @ Colerain Nissan was dishonest and they won’t help with a solution or compromise and your dealership said and I quote “That’s strange that happens to the sound system . I don’t know what to tell you.” As far as the update goes it was a recall that was supposed to be free since it was a recall.That wasn’t finished properly either .

I suppose I’m questioning your dealerships honesty and integrity. I do understand paying for parts and labor of something that is broken but electrical problems are another issue that in an automobile don’t have wear and tear and shouldn’t ever need replaced at year 3.
