JUSTIN at Kerry Hyundai was awesome! I found a car I loved at another dealership and he brought it to the Florence dealership so I could give it a test drive. He was friendly, professional, patient, and answered all my endless questions and concerns. I would definitly go back to see JUSTIN again. However, BEWARE OF THE LACK OF PRICING TRANSPARANCY AT THIS DEALERSHIP! I do not feel Justin had anything to do with this sales scam and that's why I gave him 5 stars. They added on the Pulse brakes and Premier Defense and, of course, charged extra ($2994.00) for these product/servicess. These products/services were not listed on the window sticker but I was told I did not have an option because they were put on by the manufacturer. I signed no less than three forms while I was there that said I understood I was receving these products/services. I asked why I had to sign for them (over and over) If I did not have an option and was told I was signing that I understood that I had received these products/services. I feel that anything outside of the window sticker should be optional and I should only be charged if I choose to receive them. In addition, after reviewing the forms after I returned home I found there was language on them that said PURCHASE NOT REQUIRED IN ORDER TO PURCHASE OR LEASE OR OBTAIN FINANCING FOR THE VEHICLE.". Shame on me for not reading the fine print but I had been there several hours and had a long drive home and wanted to get out of there and I really wanted this vehicle and if inventory levels were better than they are right now, I probably would have walked out and went to another dealership although I would have hated doing that to Justin as he was wonderful. If you vist this dealership, be sure and ask for Justin but beware of their pricing scam and be sure you are aware before agreeing to the purchase. More
