We had a wonderful experience from start to completion as we purchased our new Terrain at Kevin Grover GMC. Bob, our salesman, was tenacious as he doggedly looked for a car that met all our needs. What we bought was a beautiful, sleek, white Terrain, loaded with features that we didn't even know existed. So after many years of buying Honda CRV's, we are now happily nestled into the GMC family of cars. Kevin made the financial arrangements for us, which usually send my blood pressure through the roof. But Kevin made the paperwork a breeze for us and answered all our questions/concerns in a way that was easy to understand. We felt we could trust what he said.
