I am a returning Acura customer and this is the second TL I have purchased. After being to multiple Acura dealers I made the 1 hour drive down to Boardwalk Acura and am happy to say that it was well worth it I have purchased. The customer service was outstanding, an overall highly pleasant buying experience and an outstanding competitive price. I'm very experienced in the car buying process and hate dealing with dealerships where the sales people are pushy, ignorant and have no knowledge of the products they sell. This was NOT the case at Boardwalk Acura and they truly do stand above the rest. When I purchased my last TL at Acura of Ocean delivery of the vehicle on the day I went to pick it up took 4 hours! I was in and out of Boardwalk in my 2012 TL in less than an hour. I HIGHLY recommend Boardwalk Acura to anyone shopping around for a new vehicle, trust me it is worth making the drive if you don't live in the area. More

Best dealership experience to date! I have been in the market for a preowned car and had previously bought one from DCH Toyota in freehold, I had very soon found out they sold me a car with known issues s market for a preowned car and had previously bought one from DCH Toyota in freehold, I had very soon found out they sold me a car with known issues so i was very weary of buying from another dealership. I walked into Boardwalk Acura, and met salesman Donald Hamilton, he was very friendly and courteous to me right off the bat, he had an up front agreement where he immediately said that this is a no pressure establishment, and he was right on the mark, extremely no pressure friendly environment. When we saw the car, Don was extremely knowledgeable on the car and demonstrated all the features for us, which was a dealership first for us, he also allowed me to take the car on the parkway with no hassle. The sales manager is also quite a friendly person and we joked around with him. EXTREMELY FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT. We bought the car on Saturday, and I received a call from Don on Monday asking how it was, also he remembered to complete something that I had requested on saturday. THANKS DON! and BOARDWALK ACURA!
