Was very unhappy with my service appointment. Brought my brand new truck in for first oil change tire rotation and recalls. I’ve also been hearing a noise in the rear breaks. My tires never got rotated and a technician took my truck for a joy ride an claims never heard the noise. Yet within the first thirty seconds of being in my truck I heard the noise I described to the service writer Ryan. Then was told the breaks were inspected during tire rotation yet tires weren’t rotated?? So I called to ask what was going on with my truck on a voicemail. It’s now been 5 days and still no phone call back from dealer! More
