Didn’t fix this issue, said they ordered a part that would be there the day after Christmas. I called a week after the date Ryan claimed he would call to be told the part “still wasn’t in”. A week after that call I literally had to drive up there to get them to finally tell me the part was in. Ryan also told me it was covered under GM emissions warranty and then when I came to pick my truck up, he tried to charge me. More
SEEK ALTERNATE DEALERSHIP If I could give this certified Chevrolet dealership 0 zero stars I would. I had my vehicle serviced at this dealership and they missed protocol. They refuse to fix the error. I contacted General Motors and they stated "we cannot force the dealerships to do work because they are independently owned." What does certified mean? According to General Motors they stand behind their certification "depending on the circumstance." Two months later and I am left to consult the Attorney General. On the flip side of the coin, my wife had a tremendous experience at Quirk Chevrolet in Manchester, NH. I STRONGLY URGE YOU TO SEEK ALTERNATIVE DEALERSHIP FOR YOUR NEEDS. More
