I would only recommend this dealership if I was sure they would be working with Nicole or Emily. Prior to these two people I had nothing but trouble and was treated terrible because I am female. She understood my level of frustration after trying for 5 months to get the damage done by your mechanic repaired. I have no respect for Brett, as he picked the day and time for my husband and myself to meet with him and he did not even bother to show up. Very disappointing and very unprofessional. I know Nicole did not like being sidelined by Brett not showing up that day. Nicole and Emily know what it takes to get the job done and keep in consist communication with the customer. They are both keepers. I certainly appreciated Nicole's level of customer service. The communication only improved after Nicole arrived at the department. I do not recommend going to Key CDJR of White River.
