When the Key Auto Group was formed, the owner realized that most customers were tired of buying cars the "old-fashioned" way. He wanted to get rid of negotiating back and forth over a price, and pressure from the salesperson. This stressful process could last hours! The customer would end up driving away in their new vehicle with no assurance that they received the best deal possible. That's not how we do business. That's why we started the Hassle-Free Zone.

The time from start to finish was about 2 hours to purchase our Gladiator. On the way home the service engine soon light came on. I reached out to Felicia, and I brought it in the next day they were open. They fixed the issue and also took care of a recall we didn’t even know that it had! I’m very pleased with Key, and I will definitely do business with them again! More

Vehicle returned without bleeding air from hydraulic lines (clutch). Stranded for second time in a week as a result of service issue originating from clutch recall work. At this point we have haven’t been able to use our recently purchased Ford Explorer much due to electrical issues. Key passed us on to the local Ford dealership and now they’ve have the vehicle for a recently purchased Ford Explorer much due to electrical issues. Key passed us on to the local Ford dealership and now they’ve have the vehicle for a week and counting. Pleased, no. One of the issues is that the high beams don’t work. However the car had a new inspection on it. Suspicious as that’s a VT inspection requirement. I won’t recommend Key and it’s unlikely we’ll use them again for our personal vehicles or business. More
