Unscheduled stop-in for emergency situation before shop hours. Chastity was opening service desk and was outstanding. She understood my situation, was able to get diagnostics started herself, advised m hours. Chastity was opening service desk and was outstanding. Although I didn't buy my Jeep from Key, Chastity treated me as though I was their best customer. This is exactly how a Jeep owner wants to be treated, and who knows, maybe I will buy my next one here. More

They are amazing! ! They rushed to get our Red Cross van back on the road during the recent emergency flooding! All staff was great to deal with! I will be forever grat !
