I went to a number of dealerships and Lita and Key were great from the start. We ended up doing business there because they gave me the most for trade-in, and also the most for a discount on the vehicle th great from the start. I scheduled my 2016 Ram 1500 pickup for it’s 90,000 service and ask that the air conditioning that had suddenly failed be repaired. The appointment was for Wednesday April 26, 2023. I dropped it off af service and ask that the air conditioning that had suddenly failed be repaired. The appointment was for Wednesday April 26, 2023. I dropped it off after 5:00pm Tuesday night. At 7:30 Wednesday morning the service manager called me and said he had two technicians out and asked to reschedule my service. I stopped by the dealership and met with the service manager and reschedule to service for Wednesday May 3, 2023 as my service would take some time and they had a light schedule that day. The service manager offered me a 25% discount on the service for the inconvenience. Again Tuesday 05/02/23 I dropped my truck off after 5:00pm. Wednesday afternoon one of the service writers call me to say that they had been really busy and had not gotten to my truck. I reminded her that they had already done this to me the week before and she assured me that they would take care of my truck first on Thursday morning. Around 10:00am Thursday morning the same service writer called to et me know that all my air conditioned needed was to be charged and asked if I wanted them to do that. I responded that I wanted my air conditioning fix and I did not care what it needed but to just fix it. At 2:30 Thursday afternoon I called to find out what the status of my truck was and the same service writer told me that my air conditioning needed a new condenser, did I want them to order one. My response was “what part of I want the air conditioner fixed” did she not understand and to order the part ASAP. She said that it might not come in in time to finish my truck on Friday. My response was that I will be picking up my truck at 5:00pm Friday and I expected it fixed. Shortly after that conversation the service manager called me and assured me that my truck would be ready by 5:00pm Friday. At around 2:00pm Friday I again called the service department and got the same service writer. She stated that the part still was not in, they were very busy and would not be able to repair my truck by 5:00pm. I told her that I was picking up my truck at 5:00pm regardless of whether it was fixed or not so it had better be all together and roadworthy. A few minutes later the service manager called me and said my truck would be ready fully repaired by 5:00pm. I picked it up after 5:00pm and drove it home. On the way home the check engine light came on. I stopped in again on Saturday morning and they plugged it in and said the code was an evap code and not related to the work they did. They cleared the code. When I got home, I tightened the gas cap and reconnected the vacuum line that had not been properly installed during the service and have not had a recurrence of the check engine light. This has been by far the worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership and will not be returning. More
Do NOT trust their service department. They failed the inspection on our truck saying that we needed all new brake pads and rotors at a cost of over $1,300.00. Lebanon Jeep can make all of your nightmares come true! My 2019 Jeep broke down in VT (took several weeks to fix up there). While driving back to Boston, my Jeep broke down again in Lebanon NH, so I had it towed to closest dealership which was Jeep Lebanon. They had originally said it would be a couple of weeks to be diagnosed. Fast forward to EIGHT weeks later. Called multiple times for an update, often being transferred to voice mailboxes that were full. There answer always being “we’re short staffed, we haven’t had a chance to look at it yet, nothing we can do”. The service manager Mike told me they’d get to it soon…then refused to answer my phone calls. I finally had enough and towed it back to the original dealership. While my Jeep had been sitting in Lebanon for two months, mice decided to get cozy and chewed through 5 wires. I’d rather fork my eyes out a hundred times than deal with these incompetent fools. I went into Key one week ago on Friday, November 5th and spoke with your salesman Casey. I did a test drive and he seemed pleasant however, it was after we got back and started talking numbers that he turn spoke with your salesman Casey. I wanted to have my boyfriend come and drive the car - he drives more then me and he works on my car. Casey had said earlier "it is important to have the whole family involved" when I was texting him through out the conversation. Casey, after hearing that I was not buying a car right then and there, basically threw the quote at me across the desk - sat back in his chair and said my car keys (for my trade) was over on the shelf. He explained to me he didn't want me to use the quote at another dealership and the 'real' quote the 'good one' he would present when I came back. I got up - went to the shelf and grabbed my keys and walked out of the dealership and will never walk back in again. I put the quote and his business card in the trash as I was filling up with gas. He is the reason why car salesman and car dealerships have an awful reputation. I will not buy a car from Key, I will not get it serviced and I will not recommend the dealership to anyone because of him. You did miss out on my business because I was ready to buy the car that I drove. I bought a Grand Cherokee Limited L from another dealer without any previous quote from your dealership - in fact I didn't even mention I went to Key.. it was embarrassing. I hope you take this feedback and maybe give him some more training - although he stated that he was a very good long time salesman. Sorry Key, Not impressed at all. I would give no stars.. but it makes you select at least 1. More

They refused to fix. The manager actually kicked my husband out of the building when he tried to get them to fix it. One year later getting a buy back price… sales man “Casey” (girls name but was a guy) tells me I’m rude because I didn’t want to disclose how much I owe on the vehicle. I said, “ I don’t want to say how much I owe and have that be a factor in what you’ll pay me.” I said it nicely until Casey tells me I’m rude. You can guess where I told him to put it. I do not expect to go to a place and be called rude by some Jack or Casey. I’ll never do business with those jerks again. Their only nice when you’re buying a car! More
