It seems like customers are dealt with like they are a problem they have to deal with. When picking up the car we waited in an empty room for ten minutes. We stepped outside and a man down the hall asked problem they have to deal with. When picking up the car we waited in an empty room for ten minutes. We stepped outside and a man down the hall asked if we needed help. We told him we were there to pick up the car and he went in and gave us the keys. He didn’t tell us where the car was so I had to walk the lot looking for it. 15 minutes later the car broke down and I called the dealership and they gave me the wrong service number to get it towed back. I used my own triple A. It’s as if there is no intent to provide customer service. More
Brought my jeep in w/ transmission issues. Was told I needed a new PTU, Transmission, and a few other smaller items. Total repairs would be in excess of $17,000. Based on this info I boght a n Was told I needed a new PTU, Transmission, and a few other smaller items. Total repairs would be in excess of $17,000. Based on this info I boght a new car. I took my jeep to a local transmission shop and they replaced the PTU and had it back on the road in a week - for $4,500. The jeep did not need a new transmission. which was about $12,000 of the total repair quote. I am working with an attorney to see if there is any legal recourse. As a professional auto repair shop your advice and guidance is weighted very highly. I was led astray by poor advice and terrible customer service. Oh yeah - when removing the skid plate on the jeep they over torqued the screw and broke them off - I had to pay and extra +$100 to have them install self tapping screws to get it back on. More
