When the Key Auto Group was formed, the owner realized that most customers were tired of buying cars the "old-fashioned" way. He wanted to get rid of negotiating back and forth over a price, and pressure from the salesperson. This stressful process could last hours! The customer would end up driving away in their new vehicle with no assurance that they received the best deal possible. That's not how we do business. That's why we started the Hassle-Free Zone.
We believe customers want to focus on the important aspects of buying a car, such as reliability, safety and integrity of the dealership and its staff. It cost me way too much to get a new jeep key! Over $400 bucks for a key?!? And the labor way $199/hr which is should take less than 30 mins total to deal with. I feel ripped off. All team members worked seamlessly together to make our deal happen. At every point we were kept in the loop and introduced to all involved and what they were working on with us. We truly felt our business was valued and when it came time to talk financing, all options and time were graciously explored to make sure we were getting where we needed to be. We had zero pressure.
