Asked for more specifics on the repair and wasn't provided with them. Had a 9 am appointment and truck was done at 1pm for what should have been an hour job. Tyler told me the reason was his tech was working on multiple vehicles. If I have an appointment and waiting why is the tech working on other vehicles? Lug nuts are all chipped and rusting do to what I would say a wore out socket or improper size. The technicians write up on diagnose and repair was a poor way to test faulty equipment and didn't detail the real problem which was supposedly a faulty wire on the trucks main harness. This is a new truck and I want to keep it dependable so I asked specifics on location of repair and methods used to repair. Tyler seemed condescending and couldn't understand what my problem was, 'it's fixed and no fee to me' no kidding I bought a truck with a warranty. More
