Dishonest, deceitful, potential illegal handling of customer concerns and transmission issues. Never have I had a worse experience at any business. Wayne Cram, the service manager, refused to turn over customer concerns and transmission issues. Never have I had a worse experience at any business. Wayne Cram, the service manager, refused to turn over service records that were less than a year old (claiming he no longer had them), they manually deleted codes to turn off engine lights, and so many other concerns that can be expanded upon. Wayne and Ty work directly against the customer. More
