I’ve had much better service experiences at other Jeep dealerships: 1. The person performing the break replacement on my car decided to use a hammer to force on a break calliper on my Jeep. I verified with the service rep, Ty, that it was my car that he was beating on. This continued for so long I became concerned but was told that if anything goes wrong to just bring the car back…presuming that would even be possible with a catastrophic break failure. I got home okay but I’m still concerned with the condition of the calliper. 2. After work started on my car the tech was redirected to work on another customer’s car with no communication to me until after the fact. So instead of leaving at the stated 3:30pm-4:00pm timeframe, my car wasn’t ready until 5:20pm.. And after spending $1,175.24 on the breaks, I don’t feel positive about the service I received. More
