Not consistent in keeping people’s bookings on day they booked. I made an appointment to get truck checked out. It got checked out. We booked a date for service. When my service day didn’t happen I took my truck to someone else and I also had them get window people in. Didn’t need new window at all. Lots of things to add too. One is when a customer is standing at counter without being acknowledged, not even a “hi there, I’ll be with you in a moment,” while two employees are just talking it gives you a bad taste. More

A couple of weeks ago i brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. It cost me $130 and they didnt adjust the air pressure in the tires to turn the TPMS light off, which is a pain because the change and tire rotation. It cost me $130 and they didnt adjust the air pressure in the tires to turn the TPMS light off, which is a pain because the back tires are supposed to be 80PSI. I let that go. Yesterday i dropped it off with them for a recall service and asked them to look at my blower since it has been stuck on. When i picked it up today, (a full day later) the TPMS was still on, and they charged me $268 for a diagnosis of the fan being stuck on. I drove to a gas station less than 10 miles away and the check engine light came on. I immediately called the service department, and they asked me to bring it back in so they could check the code. I drove back promptly, and the guy at the desk plugged it in and verified that it was something to do with the service they just performed. I sat down in the waiting room and he came back a minute later to inform me that the tech had just gone to lunch for an hour, they did not have a loaner for me to drive, and that he couldn't advise me to drive my own vehicle until they got this sorted out. I sat and waited for nearly an hour and half before the same man came and told me that the tech said it was "just something he forgot to plug in all the way". The whole reason i took my vehicle to a dealership is because i was willing to spend the money to not have these kinds of errors. I don't know what the sales department is like at Key dodge, but the service department is terrible. Go anywhere else if you want something done right. More
