Great all around service! I couldn't be happier with the way my transaction went @ Key CJDR! I did the car buying service through USAA which links with TrueCar. Not having real I couldn't be happier with the way my transaction went @ Key CJDR! I did the car buying service through USAA which links with TrueCar. Not having realized how TrueCar works - I found out really quickly that every dealer in your area gets your information to lets you know of their inventory. DJ Yates quickly called multiple times after submitting my application with TrueCar. I did not answer at the time as I didn't realize the way TrueCar worked. After a few calls, I was able to text DJ what I was looking for (used Dodge Durango). He quickly gave me exactly what we were looking for! He introduced me to a vehicle that just arrived on their lot with everything we were wanting. It was a coincidence that it happened the way it did but I am glad it did. He offered excellent service to us and even gave me a video of the vehicle the day it got there. As interesting as we were, we were able to see the car that weekend and he had it out in the front waiting for us! He let us test drive it our selves which is always a plus on our end! Also what was nice to see from a salesman was he pointed out all the obvious dings that can be found within a used vehicle. This showed he was honest and up front with us from the start. It gave us a sense of feeling that he wasn't worried about the sale, but instead making 100% sure that the vehicle was for us! I've never experienced service from a salesman like this before. DJ worked well with us throughout our transaction and was the best experience by far that we've ever had buying a car! Kudos to DJ Yates and everyone else at Key CJDR! Everyone there is friendly every time we walked in! And not to mention, the prices of there vehicles are spot on! Thank you DJ for your outstanding service and follow up! DJ Yates, specifically, was very responsive to my texts/emails, and was always looking for ways to improve my overall experience. Despite all of my random questions or requests, that sometimes required him to go out in the freezing conditions to track down answers, he always stayed positive, and never tried to force me into any purchase that I wasn't completely comfortable with. I am very happy that I chose to purchase my new car from Key Chrysler, and I will definitely be back for any servicing needs in the future. More

I expected tto see well produced, glossy, sharp looking things, or at least well produced computer generated docs. But who reads them anyway! More
