Attempted to purchase a new vehicle from this dealership with cash in hand. Salesman would not offer the full factory debates even after shown e-mail from ford. Additionally, on first visit I was offered a with cash in hand. Salesman would not offer the full factory debates even after shown e-mail from ford. Additionally, on first visit I was offered a internet price which was changed when I informed them that I was using a special purchase plan. Even my trade-in value was reduced when purchase plan was presented. FINALLY the dealership would not release the car to another dealership that was willing to work with me. Only after not being able the complete this deal locally was I forced to travel outside of the area. Where I might add that the same type car but better equipped was 2100.75 cheaper...Barber Ford of Hazleton PA ONLY CARES ABOUT THEIR MONEY AND AWAYS WILL!! Fourth Ford car in 14 months purchased, never seen such poor customer service. More
