I have bought 3 GMC trucks from key since 2019. After this service visit I will take my business elsewhere. The service staff was short and borderline rude. The old service manager Paul was worth working with, the new manager is the reason my business will go elsewhere. A dealership is only as good as it's service and the service at Key is is not good. Sold a vehicle to me 4 months ago that was not properly looked over and after 2 visits to the dealership, ended up taking the jeep to another dealership who was able to have the problem fixed under warrant looked over and after 2 visits to the dealership, ended up taking the jeep to another dealership who was able to have the problem fixed under warranty. Additionally, I had to spend an additional 1k dollars in flushing out fluids from differentials, transfer case and brake fluid that were all bad. Should have been done before selling the vehicle. Would never recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. More
