Good staff I've been going to Key Buick since I moved here 3 years ago. First to service my Buick and now to purchase a new vehicle. The service dept is awesome and the sales dept did a good job by not pressuring me too much and allowing me to take my time making my decision. They were also pretty quick when it came down to the sale. I didn't have to spend alot of time there. The salesman I had was inexperienced but he did have the support of others to help him. I love my new vehicle and would go there again to purchase another one. More

New Buick Lease My lease was expiring and key had the Envision premium in the color combo that i was looking for. I looked at all the other vehicles that had my in My lease was expiring and key had the Envision premium in the color combo that i was looking for. I looked at all the other vehicles that had my interest before going to Key Buick GMC.. I met Derek, tried 2 Envision and then received a quote on the one I wanted. It was a very good number. Less than all of the vehicle I explore and far less than a similar vehicle, but not the color (interior and exterior) from another dealership. Went back on Sunday to complete the paperwork for the new lease. Came back on Monday with the insurance binder, turned in my Leased Regal and drove off with my new lease and desired vehicle at a really good payment. Only 4 stars because there seemed to be some delay on the paperwork on Sunday and not sure of the lease turn in process. Leased before, but usually purchased at the end of the lease. Anyway would give 4.5 stars overall if possible. More

June 15, 2019 my wife and I found a 2016 Subaru Legacy for sale I've been looking for a vehicle for my 16 year old son for approximately four months. June 15, 2019 my wife and I found a 2016 Subaru Legacy for sale at Key Buick & GMC of Somersworth N.H. The vehicle appeared to be a very good deal and the condition was impeccable! Once we arrived at Key Buick we noticed the Subaru in the front row so we parked and were greeted by Steve Cataldo ( sales). I informed Steve that we were very interested in the Subaru and had financing in place. Steve asked if it would be okay if he took the car outback for a moment to have all the pollen washed off. I then test drove the vehicle and my wife and I decided to purchase the car, Steve said he'd do whatever it takes to expedite the process and get you guys back to your Saturday (NICE!) . Steve along with the General Manager Derek Hurley took care of business, they both made sure my Wife and the handicap women we take care of were comfortable, including drinks, television etc. During the paperwork process Steve sent the Subaru out to be reconditioned , this was a surprise as we thought the vehicle was spotless!! It really impressed me when Steve apologized for a slight delay as he was having a brand new battery installed as the existing one didn't meet his standards. In closing my wife and I cant say enough about Key Buick & GMC, Mr. Hurley (GM) and Steve Cataldo are gentleman and easy to work with! I've already received follow up calls to make sure everything was good with the Subaru, So refreshing!! They've earned our future business, worth the drive from Exeter!
