The sales team was great to work with face to face, but the one item I said I needed was a hitch. The truck I wanted didn't have one on it so the GM (Ben) said they would talk care of me and git one for me the one item I said I needed was a hitch. The truck I wanted didn't have one on it so the GM (Ben) said they would talk care of me and git one for me at cost. I should of had it put in the the purchase of the truck, we are two weeks out and still waiting to be taken care of. Service & sales need to get together on this issue. Update: after a few weeks working with the GM We made headway. An agreement was made in the hitchbwas installed at a reasonable price. More
